This site collects as little as it can. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts anywhere on it. Nothing follows you between sites, and nothing profiles you.

Who we are

Syntra Logic, an independent software practice. For anything on this page, contact otr-world@pm.me.

What we collect

Only what you type and send. If you use the contact form or the automation check, we receive what you filled in:

• Your name and email address
• Company name, topic and budget range, if you chose to give them
• The message or the answers you gave in the automation check

If you never submit either, we receive nothing beyond the server logs described below.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you, and to work out whether we can help. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not send marketing, we do not build a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.

Who processes it

Web3Forms

Delivers form and chat submissions to our inbox. Your submission passes through their service on the way to us.

Cloudflare

Hosts and serves this site. Like any web server, their systems process your IP address and request details to deliver the page and to block abuse.

Google Fonts

Serves the two typefaces this site uses. Loading a page requests those fonts from Google, which discloses your IP address to Google.

Proton Mail

Hosts the inbox your message arrives in and where it is then stored.

Storage in your own browser

If you start filling in the contact form and navigate away, the site saves your partly-typed answers in your browser's session storage so you do not lose them. That never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is erased when you close the tab. It is not a cookie and is not used to identify you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox as business correspondence. If we do not end up working together, we delete the thread once it is clearly no longer needed. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email otr-world@pm.me and we will action it. There is no account to close and no subscription to unsubscribe from, because we do not create either.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date above changes with it.
