Terms

Last updated 5 August 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any work we do for you — that is a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

What this site is

A description of the services Syntra Logic offers, and a way to get in touch. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the contact form or the automation check does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything.

Prices and timings

The prices shown are indicative starting points for the scope described, current at the date above. The figure you are actually charged is the one in a written quote for your specific work. Timeframes — such as shipping a first automation inside four weeks — describe how we scope projects, not a guarantee about yours.

Accuracy

We keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available, and nothing on it is professional advice for your particular situation. Decisions you take on the strength of a marketing page are your own.

Ownership

The content, design, code and branding on this site belong to Syntra Logic. Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it freely. Do not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Photography is licensed from Burst under its own terms and is not ours to sublicense.

What you send us

Keep it lawful and keep it yours to send. Do not submit anything confidential that you are not entitled to disclose, and do not use the form or the automation check to send bulk, automated or abusive traffic. We may block access that does.

What you tell us in an enquiry stays between us — see the privacy page for how it is handled.

Other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for that site's content or its handling of your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability for work we are engaged to do is dealt with in that engagement's own agreement, not here.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applying at Syntra Logic's place of business, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
