Workflow & integration
This is the least glamorous thing we do and it consistently saves the most time. Most businesses already own every tool they need. What they do not have is anything joining them, so a person is the integration.
The symptom is always the same: someone exports a report from one system on a Monday and types it into another. Or a form submission arrives by email and gets re-entered into a CRM. Nobody calls this a problem because it has always been done that way, and each instance only takes ten minutes.
What gets connected
Anything with an API, and quite a lot without one. Accounting, CRM, email, spreadsheets, form tools, e-commerce, project management, payroll, scheduling — the boring middle of a business.
Typical work
- Record sync. A customer created in one system appears in the others, with the fields mapped properly and updates flowing both ways where that makes sense.
- Form to system. Submissions land directly where they need to be, with validation and a notification, rather than in an inbox for someone to process.
- Scheduled movement. Nightly or weekly transfers that reconcile two systems and flag anything that did not match.
- Document routing. Files landing in one place get renamed, filed, and referenced against the right record.
- Legacy bridging. Where a system has no API, the bridge is a scheduled export, a database read, or a scraper — documented as a workaround, not sold as elegance.
Why not just use Zapier
Often you should, and we will tell you so. For a handful of simple triggers, an off-the-shelf tool is cheaper than anything we could build and easier for you to change.
The point where that stops being true is fairly predictable: when the logic needs branching nobody can follow in a visual editor, when per-task pricing overtakes the cost of building it properly, when a failure passes silently because nothing was watching, or when the number of scenarios has grown past what one person can hold in their head.
If you are already past that point, automation rescue is the more honest starting place than a rebuild.
What we build in
What it costs, and what you own
Fixed price, quoted before anything starts, scoped to ship inside four weeks. It runs on your accounts and your API keys. You get the source, documentation written for a human, and thirty days of fixes after launch. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
Copying the same data twice? Tell us which two systems, and roughly how often someone moves data between them. You will get a straight answer on whether it is worth connecting them — and a rough number — usually within one business day.
